Will Boom Technology's XB-1 supersonic aircraft complete a successful test flight before 2022?

Boom Technology recently unveiled the XB-1, a one-third scale prototype of its future Overture supersonic airliner, and plans to test fly it for the first time in 2021 (Boom Supersonic, BoomSupersonic.com, Flight Global). For the purposes of this question, a test flight would be deemed successful if the aircraft takes off and lands.
