The Economist asks:
Will Berlin's Humboldt Forum open to the general public before 1 August 2021?
Closed Jul 20, 2021 02:30PM UTC
After various delays, the Humboldt Forum in Berlin has been completed but remains shuttered due to COVID-19 restrictions (Economist, The Local (Germany), France 24, Humboldt Forum). The Humboldt Forum opening to the public with restrictions, such as requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or setting occupancy limits, would count. Opening only to specific groups (e.g., the press, artists) would not count as opening to the public.
