Gas prices have fallen from record highs set in the summer of 2022, but supply issues and the question of further withdrawals from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve continue to put pressure on prices (World Oil, NBC News). The question will be suspended on 12 February 2023 and the outcome determined using data as reported by AAA for 13 February 2023 (AAA, see "Today's AAA National Average" graphic).
