Before 1 January 2024, will the presidents of Russia and Ukraine meet in person?
Closed Jan 01, 2024 08:01AM UTC

The meeting must be face-to-face but can occur in any venue and does not need to be bilateral to count. An acting president under the constitution of the relevant country would count.
