In July 2025, Chipotle reported a decline in same-store sales for the second consecutive quarter as CEO Scott Boatwright has said the company needs to accelerate innovation (CNBC, Yahoo). The question will be suspended on 11 December 2025 and the outcome determined using data as reported by CNBC (CNBC). In the event that Chipotle stock splits before 13 December 2025, the price value for use in resolution will be adjusted accordingly (Investopedia - Stock Split).
