Goldman Sachs' fiscal year mirrors the calendar year, and its quarterly earnings announcements historically have been released in January, April, July, and October (Goldman Sachs - Quarterly Earnings Releases). The closing date will be changed to the day before Goldman Sachs' scheduled second quarter 2026 release date once that date is announced. Goldman Sachs shares have not split in its history (CompaniesMarketCap). The date the split will take effect is immaterial.
