Closing Sep 30, 2026 07:01AM UTC
Water storage in Northern California reservoirs, including Lake Shasta, was above normal at the beginning of 2026 (KVPR, Redding.com). The question will be suspended on 29 September 2026 and the outcome determined using data as reported by the California Department of Water Resources (California Data Exchange Center - Lake Shasta, divide the "Storage" figure by the "Total Capacity" figure, both of which are in acre feet [AF]). Click the calendar icon next to "Change Date" to look at historical data. On 30 September 2025, Lake Shasta had 2,678,074 AF of Storage with a Total Capacity of 4,552,000 AF, meaning it was 58.8329% full.
