Disney+, the media giant's streaming service, launched in November 2019 (Economist, CNET). Disney reported 26.5 million subscribers for the first quarter of its Fiscal Year 2020 (October-December 2019) and has further plans to launch in Europe in late March 2020 (Walt Disney Company, CNBC). Disney's earnings for the second quarter of its Fiscal Year 2020 (January-March 2020) are scheduled to be released on 12 May 2020 (Business Insider).
