Milk prices have been on the rise in 2021 (Rural News Group). The outcome will be determined using data as provided by Global Dairy Trade, which posts new price data every first and third Tuesday of the month (Global Dairy Trade). As of 18 May 2021, the average price of whole milk powder was $4,123.
