What will be the annual percentage change in the average hourly earnings of US private sector employees in October 2022?

Labor shortages have put pressure on wages in the US (CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal). The question will be suspended on 31 October 2022 and the outcome determined using Bureau of Labor Statistics data as reported by the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) database for "Average Hourly Earnings of All Employees, Total Private," expected on 4 November 2022 (FRED, adjust the slider under the chart to include latest data). For August 2021, the annual percentage change was 4.07194%.
