The question will be suspended on 31 December 2022 and the outcome determined using data as first reported by the Dubai Statistics Center (Dubai Statistics Center - Communication and Information Technology, see "Mobile and Internet Subscribers"). The figure in the PDF file will be used for resolution. In 2021, there were a total of 4,184,248 mobile subscribers (Mobile and Internet Subscribers - Emirate of Dubai (2021 - 2019)).
