Taylor Swift began re-recording her previous albums after a dispute arose between former manager Scooter Braun and her regarding the originals, and two pertinent albums ("Taylor Swift" and "Reputation") had not been re-recorded and released as of 24 April 2025 (Screen Rant, Marca, Radio Times). The release of any new, full recordings of her previously released albums will count, irrespective of whether the newly recorded album also contains new material. An announcement of a pending release or pre-ordering options alone will not count, and a release made in any geographic area will count.
