Egg prices in the US have fallen from record highs as impacts from avian flu have been mitigated (NPR). The question will be suspended on 30 September 2025 and the outcome determined using Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) price data as first reported by the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) database (FRED). As of the launch of this question, the price of a dozen Grade A, large eggs in September 2024 in the US was $3.821.
