President Trump's current term is scheduled to end at noon (ET) on 20 January 2029 (National Archives - Amendment XX). A transfer of presidential powers and duties to an acting president under Section 3 or Section 4 of the 25th Amendment for more than 30 consecutive calendar days will count as of the 30th consecutive day after the transfer (e.g., if a transfer occurs on 1 May 2027, the question will close as of 31 May 2027 unless Trump dies or is removed from office within that 30-day period (National Archives - Amendment XXV)).
