What will be Apple's net sales in Greater China in the second quarter of 2026 (third quarter of Apple's fiscal year 2026)?
Closing Jul 01, 2026 07:01AM UTC
Apple's sales in China had struggled in 2025, but the company hopes to turn things around (Yahoo [Business Insider], MSN [Bloomberg], Taipei Times). The question will be suspended on 30 June 2026 and the outcome determined using "Net sales" for "Greater China" data in its fiscal year 2026 third quarter financial statements, expected in late July or early August 2026 (Apple - Investor Relations, see "Financial Data"). Apple's fiscal year ends in late September, so its third quarter reports generally cover the second calendar quarter of the year. In the second quarter of 2025 (third quarter fiscal year), Apple reported "Net sales" for "Greater China" of $15,369 million [$15.369 billion] (Apple - FYQ3 2025 Financial Statements, see page 1). Apple's "Greater China" includes the PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau (MSN [Seeking Alpha]).
