What will be the Bank of England's Bank Rate on 1 April 2019?

The UK is scheduled to leave the EU on 29 March 2019, putting a spotlight on the Bank of England's benchmark interest rate, known as the "Bank Rate" (BBC). The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) sets the Bank Rate, and held it at 0.75% at its September 2018 meeting (The Bank of England, The Bank of England). Future MPC meeting dates can be found here. This question will be resolved based on the Bank Rate at the end of the day on 1 April 2019.
