Challenges
After a bill joining Colorado to the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC), which would require that the state's presidential electors vote for whichever candidate wins the popular vote in a presidential election, opponents successfully petitioned to put a veto referendum on the ballot (Ballotpedia, National Popular Vote, Colorado Politics). A "yes" vote is a vote to join the NPVIC.
