Before 1 January 2021, will the Council of the European Union decide to impose an arms embargo against Turkey?
As Turkey continues to survey the Eastern Mediterranean for oil and gas over the strenuous objections of Greece and Cyprus, the European Union is considering a "less positive" response to Turkish actions -- though there are divisions among member states (European Council/Council of the European Union, National Herald, Greek City Times, European Commission). The European Council is next scheduled to meet on 10-11 December 2020 (European Council). Actions taken by individual member states would not count (Reuters).
The question closed "No" with a closing date of 1 January 2021.
