Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced that it would go public through a direct listing in January, with its initial SEC registration published in late February (Coinbase Blog, SEC, Coindesk, Axios). The outcome will be determined by the end-of-day market capitalization figure reported by Bloomberg.
