What will be the value of the US Consumer Price Index (CPI) for electricity in November 2023?

US electricity prices jumped as global natural gas supplies were heavily impacted by Russia's invasion of Ukraine, but they have begun to fall in early 2023 (CBS News, USA Today, Investopedia). The question will be suspended on 30 November 2023 and the outcome determined using seasonally adjusted Bureau of Labor Statistics data as first reported by the Federal Reserve Economic Database (FRED), expected in December 2023 (FRED, BLS). As of the launch of this question, the value of the CPI for electricity in March 2023 was 267.897.
