When will the US publicly announce that it will resume additional funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA)?

The US and other major UNRWA donors paused funding for the organization after Israel reported evidence that some UNRWA staff were involved in the 7 October attacks against Israel (US State Department, BBC, US News & World Report, CNN, UNRWA - Donor Charts). The exact date of a resumption is immaterial, and a conditional announcement (e.g., if or when UNRWA performs some action in the future) would not count. An announcement of a partial resumption will count.
