Will China add US clothing company PVH Group to its "Unreliable Entity List" before 1 March 2025?

On 24 September 2024, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced that it was investigating PVH Group, which owns brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, for its alleged boycott of cotton from Xinjiang (BBC, Fashion Dive, China Ministry of Commerce [in Mandarin]). The consequence could be PVH Group added to China's "Unreliable Entity List," which would likely lead to sanctions (Winston & Strawn).
