Will India extradite former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to Bangladesh before 25 April 2025?

A tribunal in Bangladesh has issued an arrest warrant for former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who resigned and fled to India amid widespread protests in July and August 2024 (BBC, AP). Whether India will extradite Hasina to its neighbor remains to be seen (Deutsche Welle, Indian Express). Hasina must be in Bangladeshi custody in Bangladesh to count, and extradition from a country other than India will not count.
