Harvard University has pushed back on demands from the Trump administration related to DEI, antisemitism, and other matters, which led the Trump administration to freeze billions in grants to the institution (AP, CNN, Harvard University). As of 30 June 2024, Harvard had the most valuable educational institution endowment in the US at $53,235,205 thousand, or $53.235205 billion (MSN [Wall Street Journal], Harvard - FY2024 Financial Report, see page 18 in the file). The question will be suspended on 30 June 2026 and the outcome determined using financial data as reported by Harvard (Harvard - Annual Reports).
