The NASDAQ Composite Index is a market capitalization-weighted index of stocks listed on the tech-heavy NASDAQ Stock Exchange (Investopedia - NASDAQ Composite Index). The question will be suspended on 29 September 2025 and the outcome determined using data from NASDAQ as reported by the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) database (FRED). On 30 September 2024, the closing value was 18,189.17.
