Challenges
The banking sector was hit hard by the failure of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank in early March 2023, though intervention by the FDIC and Federal Reserve at least initially calmed the situation (CNBC, CNN). The question will be suspended on 15 June 2023 and the outcome determined using data as reported by Google Finance (Google Finance, set chart to "1M").
