The question will be suspended on 28 December 2023 and the outcome determined using data as reported by MSCI (MSCI - Emerging Markets, MSCI - Emerging Markets Index Chart, hover cursor over chart for data). The percentage change in the latest value dated in 2023 as compared to the latest value dated in 2022. The change in 2022 from 2021 was -20.09% (486.057/608.266-1 = -20.09%).
