Challenges
Donald Trump has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants a meeting regarding the war in Ukraine (CNBC, Yahoo [Bloomberg]). The meeting must be face-to-face but can occur in any venue and does not need to be bilateral to count. A meeting with an acting president under the constitution of the relevant country will count.
