The CLB is an NGO that, among other things, tracks worker actions (e.g., strikes and protests) in the People's Republic of China (CLB). The question will be suspended on 30 June 2024 and the outcome determined using data as reported by the CLB in its Strike Map (CLB - Strike Map). To download the data, select the relevant ranges for "Date," and "All" for "Location" and "Industry,” click “Search” and then “Export.” Data will be accessed for resolution at approximately 5:00PM ET on 14 July 2025. As of the launch of this question, CLB reported 722 worker actions between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2024.

NOTE 14 June 2025: We are aware that CLB has apparently dissolved. We will wait for a few days in case it begins reporting again.
